Return Policy
Regular Inventory Pieces
Any non commissioned item may be returned for REFUND, CREDIT or EXCHANGE within 7 days of date received as long as the item is in its original, unused condition, with no missing, broken, or exchanged stones and the finish of both metal and stone(s) is unscratched and unmarred. Call before returning the item to obtain a return authorization number, otherwise the package cannot be accepted. Original shipping charges and credit card fees (if any) are not refundable on returns (unless the item was damaged in shipment or due to our negligence).
Any standard item that is customized (ring sizing, adding stones, etc.) is not returnable for refund (unless it was damaged in shipping), but may be returned for credit or exchange.
Custom/commission orders are subject to different return privileges. See Return Policy for Custom Orders below.
Custom Orders
Our Regular Inventory Pieces return policy applies to all non commissioned jewelry.
Jewelry that is created as a custom design on a commission basis is not returnable unless the piece arrives damaged. Our guarantee is that the piece will match the final design you approved including the dimensions of the piece, the stones, and the metals used.
